Operation: Lift Lever
Latch reversal: Inward opening - Push in the square button on the side of the case, remove the latch, reverse and reinsert.
Latch reversal: Outward opening - Push in the square button on the side of the case, remove the latch, replace it with an outward opening latch - part number: 3MDL4060.
